LUCKY POINT
In
Southeastern Knox County Indiana

INTRODUCTION

The first white settlers of the area named Lucky Point.  They could always find a deer or other game at this wooded point of land, which jutted out into a swampy backwater slough of the White River in this semi-remote area of southeastern Knox County, Indiana. These first settlers' contact with the Native American tribes, who inhabited this area, has kept alive the native oral legends concerning Lucky Point. Today 'the Point' overlooks fields of corn and soybeans, which are crossed by high-tension electrical transmission lines, and is surrounded by several farm homes.  But Lucky Point has been a remarkable place of strange occurrences and remains so.

What follows reads like Fantasy; but according to the witnesses, their reports are true.  Historical and physical research has built a solid foundation for these reports to rest upon.  Local MUFON investigators and others have compiled literally hundreds of reports concerning Paranormal Phenomena.  This includes reports of UFOs, Spirits or Ghosts, Ghost-lights, Hauntings, Electromagnetic Anomalies, Bigfoot, Telepathic Messages sent & received, Radar anomalies that coincide with UFO sightings (and some that do not).  The list grows steadily.

To quote Dr. J. Allen Hynek, past Director and Founder of the Center for UFO Studies:
"Incredible events witnessed by credible people."
