Soft Spot Openings!
By Steven Hile

This critique looks at an unusual subject which some believe makes access to worlds beyond our own. There are numerous takes on this phenomenon from openings through which UFOs come into our world to openings into other dimensions of time and space. There is much literature and data on the internet on these subjects; links are given on the left bar. What I reference here is research given to documenting such soft spot occurrences in the sky and how they might provide reference back to the data on Constable's critters.

The concept of a soft spot opening might be a gate or window of some type which allows entry into our domain if a conceptual intelligence somewhere in the universe has 30th century technology to resonate with it. Thus we have a speculated method by which a possible high technology might travel vast distances. The terms gate and window have many uses in our world such as launch windows for the space shuttles. The implication for their use here is to theorize some sort of technology for extragalactic or intergalactic travel as a speculated possibility. The speculation is that technology a thousand years from now will have such achievements. Comments on technological advancements will be given at the end of this Segment 6.

An Indiana researcher who addresses the soft spot concept presents his event and data references at http://www.softspotopening.com/. At the top of this home page are references and a description of the writers experience with a link to the Indiana MUFON website 'Classic UFO Reports' web page where the event is posted as
Circular Object Disappears into Opening in Sky
. As a part of the home page but not of the actual event are a series of links to 'pictures 1 thru 6'. These links reference weather radar screen movement postings showing strange rings occurring in southern Indiana and Kentucky. Descriptions of these events are referenced in the following critique of 'Radar Rings' including the published articles.

The researcher published his event in the British publication Flying Saucer Review. Links to three articles are given at the bottom of the home page. In these articles he reviews his event in detail, portal technology and a theory of the 'soft spot', and Time distortion effects of UFOs and their relationship to the theory of the soft spot.

A number of other published researchers offer conceptions and 'technical aspects' which relate to soft spot openings or what they term "holes in the sky" or grid concepts. One good reference is Hole In the Sky by paranormal investigator Brian Allen. He analyses, interprets and compares many near identical anomalous phenomena that could be interpreted as evidence that a 'hole in the sky' - a bizarre parting of the veil between the material world and the word of strange phenomena. Allen has published other books attempting to put light upon many of the puzzles and enigmas that have confronted humanity since the beginning of time, enigmas reaching deep into the fibers of our very being and existence.

Another writer proposing similar concepts is Bruce Cathie who theorized energy grids with unified fields about the Earth. Cathie was a commercial pilot in New Zealand and a premier investigator into potential infinite energy that surrounds our planet. He personally observed a number of unidentified objects, plotted their courses, and noticed a pattern, from which he inferred a global grid of electromagnetic energy. Such a global grid has subsequently been substantiated by others such as Becker-Hagens.
Such energy grids are also theorized by other researchers such as Richard C. Hoagland who purports such grids for the face on Mars.

There are other researchers but the above covers the points necessary here. The point is there are many published researchers on this subject many too far a field. The subject itself is one of limited research potential short of high tech applications. It is Becker-Hagens who have seemed to have done the vast amount of research and are credited with putting much of the concept together. As to whether these entire concepts tie together as one and the same is questionable, in which case we might ask 'are we looking at dozens of different unrelated theories'? The answers may just relate back to general relativity and the Hot Big Bang Universe creation model.
