Researching the UFO Phenomena Using Multidisciplines Jerry Sievers Interview with Steven Hile Segment 5 Searching for Answers within Strangeness Part 3 An Etheric Science Perspective, More than Triangles and the Universal Life Force. Jerry Sievers: At the end of Part 2 of this Segment 5, you stated that this Part 3 will have to do with what you called the "Universal Life Force" but from a more science perspective? SH: Much of the information I will give in this Part 3 only came to my attention in the recent past. One of the research specialists on our Core Research team received a research video tape from Flying Saucer Review, a publication out of the United Kingdom. Reviewing the tape led me to do further research leading to the information which follows. At first I was taken back by the information in the video. After taking time to research the given information, I could only come to the conclusion that the forces demonstrated in the tape strongly support the information given in Part 1 and Part 2 of this Section 5. JS: What was the crux of the tape and what support was behind it? SH: The tapes was produced by New Zealand engineer Trevor James Constable and were addressed for national government introduction to Constable's work. The tapes detailed research experiments showing the results obtained from the practical applications into what Contestable called "rain engineering". This is of interest because there are many Ufologists who believe there are Governments involved in weather modification. Information that I've found involving weather control and other related projects indicate the induction of huge amounts of energy with the concept of achieving weather control and other affects on the Earth. Government involvement in weather control however is not the subject here, however for those with an interest click on the Earthpulse link on the left bar. Information can be found there regarding HAARP and other projects. In Constable's case his devices were all passive and the control is limited to the region on the Earth were the devices are used. In the United States Constable's research however was strictly civilian although regional and local governments were approached for assistance and authorization. For the most part this research was based off the West coast of the United States and the Far East. The first tape shows research in the Pacific Ocean shipping lanes between Hawaii and the West Coast of the United States. The second tape shows aerial research and application in Hawaii and Far East locations. The principles behind the research are not given in the videos or the etheric rain engineering web site of Constable's research organization (www.rainengineering.com). It was then necessary to research this further to determine the principles behind Contestable's research and it was here that a surprising connection with the "Universal Life Force" described previously becomes apparent. This interaction to weather had not come out in any of my previous studies and research. Here again, being open to new data that may mesh with existing data can sometimes make great strides and tie together here-to-before unknown concepts. JS: Ufologists who have been around for a while should know of Trevor James Constable? SH: Trevor James Constable was in ufology up until 1976 and published a book at that time titled "Cosmic Pulse of Life". Constable however has not lost all interest in UFOs. In addressing the concepts of Ufologists David Sereda, Constable makes the following statement on Sereda's EVIDENCE web site (Click on "reviews" for Reviews & Testimonials): "When I retired from ufology in 1976, it was because I realized that with "Cosmic Pulse" I had already delivered an "overdose". Constable calls Sereda's work: "The most important public domain presentation on UFOs to date." He further says "The Old Order, of which this retarded mind-set is an integral part, is in its death throes and all the more dangerous on that account." The "order" to which Constable refers was to those who pulled the strings in national governments and who interfered with work such as his own including ufology. This statement was not just referenced toward himself but also to those before his time who experienced simular consequences in their work. JS: Returning to the above mentioned videos, what were the concepts illustrated in them? SH: First let me say it took some time researching and understanding the concepts Constable was employing. The "rain engineering" applications in the Constable videos employed devices which operated essentially as passive vortex generators. These vortex generators appear to operate in a similar manner as the human chakra I addressed in Part 2 of this Segment. From all appearances Constable's generators address an energy or force similar to the "Universal Life Force" as do the human chakra. Constable called this force his generators address "ether" or ether technology. He showed that his generators worked through the thick metal hull of a sea-going ship and even below the water level line. They had the characteristic of pushing the ether back as the ship or aircraft moved forward carrying substances within the ether with it; i.e. water vapor. When dense enough, water vapor concentrated clouds begin to form in blue skies. The research aboard ship in the Pacific Ocean was always done in high pressure zones where skies are blue, clouds few and the humidity is as low as it can get over the ocean. This research and application is illustrated on Constable's web site including radar scans which show rain cloud formations formed in arcs around the research ship. A second book titled "Loom of the Future" details Constables work. The book, basically an interview, documents etheric technology as never before. The above was initially surprising to me since I had previously never came across any concept which indicated any physical interaction on the "universal life force". However when you realize the premises that this force reacts to a vortex of one form or another, you have an interface to tap into it. The term "ether" now takes on a more complex form, one which leads to data which supports the research presented in previous Segments. JS: Are there other components in the "ether" affected by the vortex generator other than water vapor? SH: In Constable's experiments it would appear only water vapor is affected and not the other components in the air. This however is not the case as we shall see. We will look at what is readily available and commonly known about the "ether" beginning with Constables work. His web site provides much detail with references to others who pioneered work on the ether. As we shall see the ether concept is complex and breaks down into components much as other chemistries do. JS: Is Constable the discover of this ether? SH: No. Constable was actually doing practical applications pioneered earlier. On Constable's ERE "ether" research web page is a statement of his utilization of the conceptual basis for the ethers as propounded by Rudolf Steiner M.D. (1861-1925). Mr. Constable terms Dr. Steiner "ONE OF MANKIND'S GREATEST TEACHERS," and says his teachings provided him with "crucial and invaluable guidance". Among those teachings are comprehensive descriptions of the Earth's ether which Constable utilized in developing his etheric weather engineering techniques. Constable considered Steiner's work indispensable and believes the importance of his work is only now being realized. JS: Can you review Dr. Steiner's background? SH: Data and references on Dr. Rudolf Steiner are so vast that a starting point on his achievements and background can be puzzling. The reference links listed on the left bar give a lot of detail. It is important to note that in the Europe of Steiner's time (early twentieth century) it was acceptable to a certain point to include ones "spiritual" endeavors and concepts within ones background. Today such inclusions are unacceptable. Thus in reviewing information on the links provided here one will find references to subjects which may seem extreme to us. They were however common for the time with terminology used that today we may believe to be mystic in nature. All this however was well within the acceptable belief systems of the time. Steiner was a literary and philosophical scholar known for his Goethe's scientific writings. At the beginning of the twentieth century he developed principles into methodical research of psychological and spiritual phenomena. His work led to new approaches in disciplines such as medicine, philosophy and religion among others. Steiner was very much involved in Christianity as shown by some of his lectures, particularly the "According to Luke" available in book form. His view of Christianity seems in many ways to be parallel to that of the majority of modern day evangelical Christians (naturalist historians aside). He included in his God Head Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Further he considered that the spiritual hierarchies were stages of evolution from the physical. Steiner also had one of the first early views of the existence of the Etheric level and made a number of claims regarding abilities viewed by modern science as an occult. The warm ether comes from his view of heat. He distinguished between the "four ethers" described below which he evolved sequentially. He saw the etheric reality as the region of "nature-spirits", and as dynamic forces connected with biological forces and the rhythms of nature; especially with the growth of plants. Steiner as well as others at the time agreed that when we move beyond physical reality, we come to an existence which is neither physical nor psychic, but rather something in-between; or the "etheric" principle as it came to be termed. It is this formative reality which constitutes the locus of growth and life in the physical world. Much more can be said regarding the etheric principle and may be found in the links on the left bar. What is of interest here is that here is evidence from the early 20th Century which points to UFOs being relate to the ether rather than the physical. Rudolf Steiner's work included "planes" which reflect information given in the first two parts of this Segment 5. This includes the "planes of existence" from Steiner's earlier work which comes down to the present day in the forms given in Part 2. The whole concept is addressed as "theosophy" and includes concepts of a multi level ether which exists just above the physical level which is everything we know existing around us. This is in keeping with that given previously. Steiner also apparently viewed the ethers on sub physical planes. This is interesting and as to whether this is true or not, does not necessary alter anything. This is a concept I will review in Segment 7. From our vantage point in the 21st Century we can question as to whether Steiner was right in everything he conceived and taught. What we review here supports and is supported by other sources. Steiner's leadership in science and his views caused him problems in the troubling political climate of his time. I will not detail this here but details may be found in the links provided. JS: Who are the others that worked in this field of the ethers? SH: There are two which need to be mentioned. One, British physicist Sir Oliver Lodge is not mentioned in Constable's book but is found on his ERE "intro" web page. Sir Oliver Lodge (1851-1940), a pioneer in electromagnetic waves and radio. Trevor James Constable states in this writing that Lodge theorized a century ago that "the ether is a physical thing" and then he goes on to address rain engineering. On the Lodge website in his introduction, it states "Lodge was a complex mix of scientist, humanitarian, academic and spiritualist." In his book "The Ether of Space" (1909) Dodge writes "The Ether of Space has been my life study, and I have constantly urged its claims to attention." He believed that the ether provided the link between the material universe and the spiritual world which he tried to demonstrate - however unclearly - by psychical research. He believed that the ether pervaded all his ideas, both of this world and the next. Unfortunately he lived at a time when science was turning to mathematics. Part of his idea was that ether was necessary to carry electromagnetic waves but that was considered out of place within mathematics. Lodge's own work helped to discredit the ether theory and helped paved the way for Einstein's Theory of Relativity. Dodge's ideas and work have lived on however and had he the technology we possess today it might be a completely different story. Later I'll review Lodges "spiritual" endeavors which were unusual for a physicist. JS: And the second person? SH: That would be Austrian Wilhelm Reich M.D. (1897-1957) whose works are referenced extensively in Constable's book but not mentioned on his web site. Reich essentially did earlier weather work extensively in the mid Twentieth Century with what he termed "orgone" energy. Reich's background is detailed on the Introduction to Orgonomy web site. Orgone energy very much appears to be similar to the Chi and Ki (Part 1), Prana and others; i.e. the Universal Life Force (Part 2). Constable stated that orgone energy has the properties of "Chemical Ether" as described below. Reich created instruments to accumulate orgone energy (accumulators for natural healing), viewed it as the source of UFO energy, and discovered a motor force from it. He described an orgone envelope for the Earth (described below). Once a pupil of Sigmund Freud, Reich's extensive research shows a much different side to human existence and health. The Wilhelm Reich Museum "Orgonon" was Reich's home, laboratory and research center and is still open today. Among Reich's books is "God, Ether and the Devil/Cosmic Superimposition". In it Reich describes his process of thinking (orgonomic functionalism) and shows how the inner logic that led him to the discovery of cosmic orgone energy. Reich's experiments in attempting to accumulate orgone energy led to weather affects among others. It was with weather that strange lights showed up when his experiments formed storm clouds. Earlier he had made UFO reports to the Air Force getting government attention. With his cloud buster experiments he was able to interfere with these objects from which he theorized the objects employed the same orgone energy he was working with. Reich did weather research first in Maine and then in Arizona. In both locations his results for weather modification and UFOs were the same. He authored a book "Contact with Space" (now extremely rare) in which he document this work. Reich's original interest came from the perspective of an medical doctor working with health matters. An article in the August, 2006 UFO Magazine (by Dr. B. and Dr. Z. Hieronimus) reviewed why Reich was not a member of the "UFO Pantheon". As a medical doctor involved in cancer research in the 1940s and 50s he had serious friends who worried about his UFO research. Beyond this Reich initial work involved the orgonomy (or ether) as it pertained to health-related applications. With Reich we thus complete a loop for ether applications from weather back to human health which parallels and heavily supports that which I described in Part 1 (Reki) and Part 2 (Healing Touch). JS: The origins of "ether" research then go back to the late 19th Century? SH: The ether work described above for Rudolf Steiner and Oliver Lodge was done at the turn of and in the first part of the twentieth century. It was a time when many new scientific concepts were occurring. In a sense there was a kind of war going on where the emerging concepts of Nature were going in a direction away from religious concepts which the ether was coming represented. Wilhelm Reich did his work somewhat later mostly in the area of the cold war and every thing that implicated. Finally Trevor James Constable worked in the 1975-90 area. (Note: The word "ether" is also applied to a liquid chemical compound which was an early anesthetic and solvent.) During my education in the 1960s I understood the term "ether" to mean that which is contained within the upper heavens or space itself. Its exact make up is undefined in modern science. (Note: The word is also applied to a liquid chemical compound called "ether" which was an early anesthetic and solvent.) JS: Are there any concepts of "this ether" found in modern science? SH: I have found nothing out side of what I have researched. Main line modern science is void of it. There are of course the religious and health healing implications outlined in Part 1 and Part 2. Dictionary definitions do address ether briefly listing a few that have been reviewed here. In reference to modern day physics orgone energy effects may be immense. According to Constable, Reich's experiments with nuclear radiation showed low level dangers. But the effects of orgone energy may just begin here. Radioactive dating techniques have indicated to be affected by concentrations of orgone corrupting the dating processes. The Second Law of Thermodynamics seems to be affected by the orgone accumulator. All told you can begin to see why the subject here is of a concern to the concepts of modern science. All of these are addressed in "Cosmic Pulse of Life". JS: What about Wilhelm Reich's legal problems? Wilhelm Reich's demise is document the UFO magazine article, addressed in the Wikipedia link above and detailed in "Introduction to Orgonomy". Reich lived in the difficult time of the cold war era. His ideas on health and his research activities were apparently not acceptable for his time. He passed away while imprisoned but his work was resurrected later by his followers and is very much in use today as I have indicated. It would seem the truth has a way of standing up in time against forces trying to suppress it. And this continues on even today. The "truth is what it is" and it will always be. But the war goes on (See left bar links). Reich's work continues today under the Public Orgonomic Research Exchange (PORE). The depth to which orgone goes may be researched by following the multitude of links found in the sources provided here. Not just orgone energy can be found but the other sciences to which Reich was given. JS: What exactly are the concepts of "ether"? SH: On Constable's Rain Engineering web site is a page titled "Ether Research". This page and the given links provide an extensive look at some of the basics of the ether. I will here summarize the extensive data given on this page and the links, and then review supporting references. Etheric Formative Forces: Lists seven etheric primal, formative forces said to be active in the cosmos. Of these, only four reveal themselves in the space-and- time processes of our three dimensional world. Designated as the four kinds of ether are Warmth Ether, Light Ether, Chemical Ether (or Sound Ether) Life Ether. The four kinds are further classified in two groups, and are stated as of fundamental importance. The first two, Warmth Ether and Light Ether have the tendency to expand or radiate out from a central point; they act centrifugally whereas the other two, Chemical Ether and Life Ether have the tendency to draw in toward a centre or impulse to concentrate at a central point; their action is centripetal. This polarity between the two ether groups, centrifugal and centripetal is stated as the ultimate elemental principle lying at the bottom of all natural phenomena. Warmth Ether tends towards the "spherical" form. Were it merely a conveyer of 'motion,' then it could call forth only motion in the medium which it works. Since the tendency to create spherical forms is inseparably linked with its action, it calls forth whatever enters into its Nature and is not obstructed in its action. We are here dealing and this must be emphasized, not with abstract dead oscillations of unknown origin, but with concrete formative forces. Light Ether gave researchers the first intimation of the existence of ether. It is believed to be a transverse wave motion in a beam but perpendicular to the beam direction. Light ether induces among other things a transverse oscillation. When it exerts its effect unhindered in Nature, it produces "triangular" forms, whereas Warm Ether produces "spherical" forms. We can say then that an oscillation, a form which is caused by Light Ether in a substance-medium takes the shape of a triangle. Research in regard to magnetic polarization has shown the transverse character of light waves which are considered ethers. Such existing waves also invisible include ultra-violet, ultra-red, and other waves. These groups have the same characteristics differing only in their wave lengths. The third ether is defined as Chemical Ether (Tone or Sound Ether) and has to do with chemical processes but also is apparently sensitive to audio or sound waves. It is some type of air medium and when it can exert itself unhindered in Nature, produces "half-moon" forms. It is as noted above centripetal and one of its original concepts was the phenomenon of cold which involves the process of contraction. It's interesting to note that some people have talk about the feeling one gets when viewing a majestic mountain, as one can almost hear music. Then there is the hymn "Music of the Spheres" referring to the planets and stars. The fourth is Life Ether which is the most highly evolved, varied and is modified in its action by the atmosphere of the earth. Life Ether like Chemical Ether is centripetal which tends to draw inwards. It has a relationship somehow to gravity and magnetism. Its form-building tendency when unhindered leads to "square" shapes, such as in the crystallizing of salt. Ether and the Earth's Rotation: The diagram at left shows a simple structure of the four etheric forces on the earth. It is here that some interesting occurrences come to light. The entire space between the earth and the outermost atmosphere is interpenetrated by Warmth Ether. At the same time the atmosphere is also interpenetrated by Chemical Ether. The basic structure of the earth surface facing the sun is saturated with Warmth Ether. The side of the earth turned away from the sun is unsaturated by the etheric forces. Here Light Ether would appear to be dominant. The description given here appeals to a view which aligns the earth to that of living organisms such as vegetation. This appeals to heliotropism; the eternal striving toward the sun. Just as plants are impelled to turn toward the sun, so does that part of the earth which is not saturated with the Warmth Ether; e.g. the night side. The day side strives to restore a basic undisturbed action forced on it by the Warmth Ether. This view implies an earth rhythmic to a living planet striving to balance itself. Interestingly this view does account for some actions on the earth which modern physics places an "unknown" label on. One such occurrence is the characteristics of electromagnetic radiation at low and medium frequencies. On the AM radio band during the day a local radio station five or ten miles away is received very strongly. At the onset of evening the signal from this station can be detected to fad even though the station does not reduce its power. At night weak variable ground waves from distant stations may often be overridden by strong bent sky waves causing sound phased distortion. I have never seen this phenomenon explained. There is some kind of occurrence which goes on at night which is not present during the day. The low level of Warmth Ether at night could explain this. What is more important here is the presence of the Light Ether which is presented as present all over the earth. On the night side of the earth Light Ether is dominant. While it is present on the day side of the earth it is dominated by the Warm ether. High Ether Potential and High Voltage Here is a typical example of technical responses to these phenomena which seem to just fly over the heads of media and technical persons in our society. Tornadoes making their way across open country and into towns and villages exhibited frequent spectacular occurrences involving high voltage. Accordingly high potential etheric forces within these storms seem to result in commercial power transformers explode before the eyes of witnesses. Spinning funnels advancing across the country literally exploded power transformers well ahead of its line of advance. The tornado did not need to physically contact the transformer to cause this explosion. There is no visible arc or bolt from tornado to transformer. Constable states "since the time of the late Dr. Wilhelm Reich, a definite antagonism between electrical activity and high etheric potential has been acknowledged and noted in the history of "orgone energy", Reich's name for ether. Reich experimented with extreme electrical activity and high etheric potential with near tragic consequences. Only when etheric potentials become extremely high does ether's interaction to high voltage occur. Tornado vortexes being one case in point. High potential etheric forces have been seen to go through insulating material as though it does not exist, including the heaviest electrical insulating phenolic. Constable's UFO research comes out when he states "numerous instances of etheric force immobilizing electrical circuitry exist in the phenomenology of UFOs, which are etheric in origin. My opinion is that phenomena in this category of antagonism between the two energy forms, contains a definite living element. When the etheric potential becomes high enough, it goes-for the highest electric potential as though determined to extinguish the electrical activity. Even a five watt mentality can see how useless electronic and electrically-based weaponry would be, in an environment dominated by etheric technology as portended by certain UFO phenomena." Later he states "There are scores of encounters with UFOs, dating from the earliest modem days of the phenomena, where the ability of etheric technology to suspend electrical activity has been demonstrated." He references here the inferred ultraviolet-sensitive videotapes shot by NASA 300 miles above the earth, and now in the public domain. These tapes show UFOs interacting with huge electrical thunder cells as if they are a part of cells. And here is another etheric related phenomenon that is really scary. Constable outlines etheric force factors that work in ways causing mobile homes and trailers in parks to simply seem to explode in the proximity of tornadic activity. Tornados do not have to descend directly on the mobile homes. Etheric potential within these homes can be lowered below the etheric potential of the surrounding atmosphere by virtue of metallic exterior and interior insulating surfaces. The typical mobile home is thus a negative etheric accumulator following the law of etheric potential, where low potential ether flows to higher potential ether (exactly opposite of electrical electron flow but the same as static electricity.) Violent expansion takes place from within the home to the extremely high etheric potential of the tornado. Mobile homes therefore explode remotely from the location of the actual vortex. Thus we have the common occurrence where mobile homes are often seen to blow apart at the approach of a tornado. Thus we have here etheric forces associated with rotating vortexes, as small as the human chakra to tornado funnel clouds. Even some hurricane activity has shown what may be etheric motions. Then there is the bizarre Cassini images of Saturns north pole Hexagon. A six sided weather pattern three times the diameter of the Earth. This could be the first major ether discovery which science can not explain and can not hide. They of course may choose to simply not talk about it which would not be unusual. All of this points to a reality which is astonishing to comprehend. JS: Do you accept the rotational balancing Earth and its living organism concept? SH: My education was in the Newton and Einstein concepts as it is for all engineers and scientist. Mathematics predicts and physics demonstrates these concepts. But does it end there? There is this obvious question which comes to mind when one considers the shift in concepts between Rudolf Steiner's time and our time? Is it that we today understand the universe and nature better? My research shows that while this is the case, there are existing elements that are left unexplained. Elements which are either erroneously explained or simply ignored. One is left to rationalize these concepts as complete non compatibles. Modern science has strong merits. Yet my experiences and research show another side exists. Current science seems to be correct and achieving amazing results. Yet I and others as I have shown have experienced the ether as the Universe Life Force. JS: What does Constable believe UFOs are and how do they are related to the ether? SH: Constable has a view that there are two different sources for UFOs; one extraterrestrial and the other living in nature. To state Constable directly: "I continued to get both basic types of UFOs craft propelled by an intelligent application of an energy form unknown to official science, and biological UFOs of often horrible configuration and monstrous size." (1) Constable's extraterrestrial UFOs originate from highly advanced civilizations who have learned to harness the ethers. The cover on "Cosmic Pulse of Life" illustrates this UFO. The graphic is illustrated with vortex receptacles at the top and bottom of the craft with a "light motor" in the middle. These UFOs are not necessarily "nut and bolts" as we understand it but rather more ethylic in nature with invisibility capabilities. As for the biological UFOs or "critters" as Constable terms them, they are living forms of energy, invisible with their own form of intelligence; e.g. conscious bioforms of etheric energy. Cosmic Pulse of Life contains many infrared photos (IR) which Constable and his associates obtained with IR film. An array of critters of different shapes and sizes in invisible states are shown. The objects were not seen when the photos were taken only showing after the IR film was developed. Photos were taken from both the ground and in aircraft. Unfortunately the situation is such that few of these photos are found on the internet. The critters photograph so subtlety they hardly show up on reproductions although they have been publicly displayed many times. The link on the left bar shows a number of photos from "Cosmic Pulse of Life. Constable has photos of both types of UFOs in "Cosmic Pulse of Life". He tells of photographing amoeba like objects, objects showing cell like structure, huge spherical "Jellyfish" like-forms evading jet fighters, serpent forms and a rogue's gallery of such forms. Constable admits to having had many apprehensions in his work fighting back fears many times. JS: How do you look at the nature of these entities? SH: When I first read "Cosmic Pulse of Life" it was my first encounter with what you could call the living UFO. However with the forming of our small Core research group in the northern part of the state I must admit that two of our members are in the belief that UFOs are living entities in and of themselves. In addition these two persons do not hold the same type of belief but differ. One is more of the Constable type holding that these entities zoom around the skies as some living creature similar to birds but very fast and invisible to the human eye. The other holds a similar view but from more of a macular view. They both have done their own research and have data to support what they are concluding. JS: Above you mentioned Constable's comment on the "old order" meaning the entrenched science which he was a member of. Constable has had difficult times of his own. What is his out look toward today's science? SH: He termed present day science "material science" which is only a prototype of a future science to come. He believes evidence of the invisible reality around us points to the collapse of this "material science" which places official science and organized religion in different and separate perspectives. He believes in the invisible yet physical. The future science will understand the laws of the spiritual worlds with the same precision and clarity of thought now attending the physical. He believes the old order although it achieved great benefit for mankind and still winds the clock so to speak will do so for only another decade. In his comments to David Sereda (web site linked above) he states "The Old Order is in its death throes, and all the more dangerous on that account. The problem is essentially one of compulsive behavior that is structural, and therefore beyond conquest by reason". This was a warning which he is aware of. Of the "new science" in the future he states it will pursue the truth where ever it leads. In the "Cosmic Pulse of Life" Constable directs this old thinking as a great impasse that extends into ufology as well as current day science. Invisibility or the transition from visibility into invisibility, or vice versa, are implications largely ignored by both science and ufology. Constables own struggles are addressed on his rain engineering website on the left sidebar; first under Acknowledgments and by his webmaster (The Webmaster Speaks). Among comments spoken of is a world wide inhuman smog industry that thrives by choosing to plant its pollution on afflicted metro areas. Also the lack of support of any kind by the great tax-sheltered foundations which tend to sustain conventional, safe ventures. JS: Can you at this point tie some of this together and give some direction as to where this is going next? SH: Constable's Ether ships, biological critters? How do they relate to modern ufology; e.g. lights in the sky, triangles, day time saucers, mile wide UFO's and other described phenomena? I have additional more current phenomena and witness which support the existence of the descriptions given above. One of the above etheric related phenomena which I want to carry forward into the next Segment and one which may provide clues to these puzzling occurrences is that of the Light Ether. Light ether effects of producing triangular forms may have a surprising tie-in when its night dominance is considered. It is most interesting that triangular shaped UFOs are virtually almost always reported at night and in some cases near twilight. The same for wedge or boomerang shaped objects. It just could be that the Light ether may account for this given its triangular forming characteristics when considered with other data. As I have state previously, the information given in the first two Parts of this Segment give some obvious clues relating to that presented above. Constable while he has an outstanding background none the less failed to look at other disciplines which contribute to all of this. Even though he was aware and did some reviews of the information presented in Parts 1 and 2. JS: Are there any final closing comments you would like to make? SH: This Segment has been one of the longest and most difficult to organize in a limited amount of space. There is much more I could speak to. I chose to cover that which I see as the most important in support of that to which all this will lead. Much more information can be found in the links. The vast amounts of information in "Cosmic Pulse of Life" can only be obtained by purchasing a copy of that publication. Researching the UFO Phenomena Using Multidisciplines Jerry Sievers Interview with Steven Hile Segment 5 Searching for Answers within Strangeness Part 3 An Etheric Science Perspective, More than Triangles and the Universal Life Force. Jerry Sievers: At the end of Part 2 of this Segment 5, you stated that this Part 3 will have to do with what you called the "Universal Life Force" but from a more science perspective? SH: Much of the information I will give in this Part 3 only came to my attention in the recent past. One of the research specialists on our Core Research team received a research video tape from Flying Saucer Review, a publication out of the United Kingdom. Reviewing the tape led me to do further research leading to the information which follows. At first I was taken back by the information in the video. After taking time to research the given information, I could only come to the conclusion that the forces demonstrated in the tape strongly support the information given in Part 1 and Part 2 of this Section 5. JS: What was the crux of the tape and what support was behind it? SH: The tapes was produced by New Zealand engineer Trevor James Constable and were addressed for national government introduction to Constable's work. The tapes detailed research experiments showing the results obtained from the practical applications into what Contestable called "rain engineering". This is of interest because there are many Ufologists who believe there are Governments involved in weather modification. Information that I've found involving weather control and other related projects indicate the induction of huge amounts of energy with the concept of achieving weather control and other affects on the Earth. Government involvement in weather control however is not the subject here, however for those with an interest click on the Earthpulse link on the left bar. Information can be found there regarding HAARP and other projects. In Constable's case his devices were all passive and the control is limited to the region on the Earth were the devices are used. In the United States Constable's research however was strictly civilian although regional and local governments were approached for assistance and authorization. For the most part this research was based off the West coast of the United States and the Far East. The first tape shows research in the Pacific Ocean shipping lanes between Hawaii and the West Coast of the United States. The second tape shows aerial research and application in Hawaii and Far East locations. The principles behind the research are not given in the videos or the etheric rain engineering web site of Constable's research organization (www.rainengineering.com). It was then necessary to research this further to determine the principles behind Contestable's research and it was here that a surprising connection with the "Universal Life Force" described previously becomes apparent. This interaction to weather had not come out in any of my previous studies and research. Here again, being open to new data that may mesh with existing data can sometimes make great strides and tie together here-to-before unknown concepts. JS: Ufologists who have been around for a while should know of Trevor James Constable? SH: Trevor James Constable was in ufology up until 1976 and published a book at that time titled "Cosmic Pulse of Life". Constable however has not lost all interest in UFOs. In addressing the concepts of Ufologists David Sereda, Constable makes the following statement on Sereda's EVIDENCE web site (Click on "reviews" for Reviews & Testimonials): "When I retired from ufology in 1976, it was because I realized that with "Cosmic Pulse" I had already delivered an "overdose". Constable calls Sereda's work: "The most important public domain presentation on UFOs to date." He further says "The Old Order, of which this retarded mind-set is an integral part, is in its death throes and all the more dangerous on that account." The "order" to which Constable refers was to those who pulled the strings in national governments and who interfered with work such as his own including ufology. This statement was not just referenced toward himself but also to those before his time who experienced simular consequences in their work. JS: Returning to the above mentioned videos, what were the concepts illustrated in them? SH: First let me say it took some time researching and understanding the concepts Constable was employing. The "rain engineering" applications in the Constable videos employed devices which operated essentially as passive vortex generators. These vortex generators appear to operate in a similar manner as the human chakra I addressed in Part 2 of this Segment. From all appearances Constable's generators address an energy or force similar to the "Universal Life Force" as do the human chakra. Constable called this force his generators address "ether" or ether technology. He showed that his generators worked through the thick metal hull of a sea-going ship and even below the water level line. They had the characteristic of pushing the ether back as the ship or aircraft moved forward carrying substances within the ether with it; i.e. water vapor. When dense enough, water vapor concentrated clouds begin to form in blue skies. The research aboard ship in the Pacific Ocean was always done in high pressure zones where skies are blue, clouds few and the humidity is as low as it can get over the ocean. This research and application is illustrated on Constable's web site including radar scans which show rain cloud formations formed in arcs around the research ship. A second book titled "Loom of the Future" details Constables work. The book, basically an interview, documents etheric technology as never before. The above was initially surprising to me since I had previously never came across any concept which indicated any physical interaction on the "universal life force". However when you realize the premises that this force reacts to a vortex of one form or another, you have an interface to tap into it. The term "ether" now takes on a more complex form, one which leads to data which supports the research presented in previous Segments. JS: Are there other components in the "ether" affected by the vortex generator other than water vapor? SH: In Constable's experiments it would appear only water vapor is affected and not the other components in the air. This however is not the case as we shall see. We will look at what is readily available and commonly known about the "ether" beginning with Constables work. His web site provides much detail with references to others who pioneered work on the ether. As we shall see the ether concept is complex and breaks down into components much as other chemistries do. JS: Is Constable the discover of this ether? SH: No. Constable was actually doing practical applications pioneered earlier. On Constable's ERE "ether" research web page is a statement of his utilization of the conceptual basis for the ethers as propounded by Rudolf Steiner M.D. (1861-1925). Mr. Constable terms Dr. Steiner "ONE OF MANKIND'S GREATEST TEACHERS," and says his teachings provided him with "crucial and invaluable guidance". Among those teachings are comprehensive descriptions of the Earth's ether which Constable utilized in developing his etheric weather engineering techniques. Constable considered Steiner's work indispensable and believes the importance of his work is only now being realized. JS: Can you review Dr. Steiner's background? SH: Data and references on Dr. Rudolf Steiner are so vast that a starting point on his achievements and background can be puzzling. The reference links listed on the left bar give a lot of detail. It is important to note that in the Europe of Steiner's time (early twentieth century) it was acceptable to a certain point to include ones "spiritual" endeavors and concepts within ones background. Today such inclusions are unacceptable. Thus in reviewing information on the links provided here one will find references to subjects which may seem extreme to us. They were however common for the time with terminology used that today we may believe to be mystic in nature. All this however was well within the acceptable belief systems of the time. Steiner was a literary and philosophical scholar known for his Goethe's scientific writings. At the beginning of the twentieth century he developed principles into methodical research of psychological and spiritual phenomena. His work led to new approaches in disciplines such as medicine, philosophy and religion among others. Steiner was very much involved in Christianity as shown by some of his lectures, particularly the "According to Luke" available in book form. His view of Christianity seems in many ways to be parallel to that of the majority of modern day evangelical Christians (naturalist historians aside). He included in his God Head Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Further he considered that the spiritual hierarchies were stages of evolution from the physical. Steiner also had one of the first early views of the existence of the Etheric level and made a number of claims regarding abilities viewed by modern science as an occult. The warm ether comes from his view of heat. He distinguished between the "four ethers" described below which he evolved sequentially. He saw the etheric reality as the region of "nature-spirits", and as dynamic forces connected with biological forces and the rhythms of nature; especially with the growth of plants. Steiner as well as others at the time agreed that when we move beyond physical reality, we come to an existence which is neither physical nor psychic, but rather something in-between; or the "etheric" principle as it came to be termed. It is this formative reality which constitutes the locus of growth and life in the physical world. Much more can be said regarding the etheric principle and may be found in the links on the left bar. What is of interest here is that here is evidence from the early 20th Century which points to UFOs being relate to the ether rather than the physical. Rudolf Steiner's work included "planes" which reflect information given in the first two parts of this Segment 5. This includes the "planes of existence" from Steiner's earlier work which comes down to the present day in the forms given in Part 2. The whole concept is addressed as "theosophy" and includes concepts of a multi level ether which exists just above the physical level which is everything we know existing around us. This is in keeping with that given previously. Steiner also apparently viewed the ethers on sub physical planes. This is interesting and as to whether this is true or not, does not necessary alter anything. This is a concept I will review in Segment 7. From our vantage point in the 21st Century we can question as to whether Steiner was right in everything he conceived and taught. What we review here supports and is supported by other sources. Steiner's leadership in science and his views caused him problems in the troubling political climate of his time. I will not detail this here but details may be found in the links provided. JS: Who are the others that worked in this field of the ethers? SH: There are two which need to be mentioned. One, British physicist Sir Oliver Lodge is not mentioned in Constable's book but is found on his ERE "intro" web page. Sir Oliver Lodge (1851-1940), a pioneer in electromagnetic waves and radio. Trevor James Constable states in this writing that Lodge theorized a century ago that "the ether is a physical thing" and then he goes on to address rain engineering. On the Lodge website in his introduction, it states "Lodge was a complex mix of scientist, humanitarian, academic and spiritualist." In his book "The Ether of Space" (1909) Dodge writes "The Ether of Space has been my life study, and I have constantly urged its claims to attention." He believed that the ether provided the link between the material universe and the spiritual world which he tried to demonstrate - however unclearly - by psychical research. He believed that the ether pervaded all his ideas, both of this world and the next. Unfortunately he lived at a time when science was turning to mathematics. Part of his idea was that ether was necessary to carry electromagnetic waves but that was considered out of place within mathematics. Lodge's own work helped to discredit the ether theory and helped paved the way for Einstein's Theory of Relativity. Dodge's ideas and work have lived on however and had he the technology we possess today it might be a completely different story. Later I'll review Lodges "spiritual" endeavors which were unusual for a physicist. JS: And the second person? SH: That would be Austrian Wilhelm Reich M.D. (1897-1957) whose works are referenced extensively in Constable's book but not mentioned on his web site. Reich essentially did earlier weather work extensively in the mid Twentieth Century with what he termed "orgone" energy. Reich's background is detailed on the Introduction to Orgonomy web site. Orgone energy very much appears to be similar to the Chi and Ki (Part 1), Prana and others; i.e. the Universal Life Force (Part 2). Constable stated that orgone energy has the properties of "Chemical Ether" as described below. Reich created instruments to accumulate orgone energy (accumulators for natural healing), viewed it as the source of UFO energy, and discovered a motor force from it. He described an orgone envelope for the Earth (described below). Once a pupil of Sigmund Freud, Reich's extensive research shows a much different side to human existence and health. The Wilhelm Reich Museum "Orgonon" was Reich's home, laboratory and research center and is still open today. Among Reich's books is "God, Ether and the Devil/Cosmic Superimposition". In it Reich describes his process of thinking (orgonomic functionalism) and shows how the inner logic that led him to the discovery of cosmic orgone energy. Reich's experiments in attempting to accumulate orgone energy led to weather affects among others. It was with weather that strange lights showed up when his experiments formed storm clouds. Earlier he had made UFO reports to the Air Force getting government attention. With his cloud buster experiments he was able to interfere with these objects from which he theorized the objects employed the same orgone energy he was working with. Reich did weather research first in Maine and then in Arizona. In both locations his results for weather modification and UFOs were the same. He authored a book "Contact with Space" (now extremely rare) in which he document this work. Reich's original interest came from the perspective of an medical doctor working with health matters. An article in the August, 2006 UFO Magazine (by Dr. B. and Dr. Z. Hieronimus) reviewed why Reich was not a member of the "UFO Pantheon". As a medical doctor involved in cancer research in the 1940s and 50s he had serious friends who worried about his UFO research. Beyond this Reich initial work involved the orgonomy (or ether) as it pertained to health-related applications. With Reich we thus complete a loop for ether applications from weather back to human health which parallels and heavily supports that which I described in Part 1 (Reki) and Part 2 (Healing Touch). JS: The origins of "ether" research then go back to the late 19th Century? SH: The ether work described above for Rudolf Steiner and Oliver Lodge was done at the turn of and in the first part of the twentieth century. It was a time when many new scientific concepts were occurring. In a sense there was a kind of war going on where the emerging concepts of Nature were going in a direction away from religious concepts which the ether was coming represented. Wilhelm Reich did his work somewhat later mostly in the area of the cold war and every thing that implicated. Finally Trevor James Constable worked in the 1975-90 area. (Note: The word "ether" is also applied to a liquid chemical compound which was an early anesthetic and solvent.) During my education in the 1960s I understood the term "ether" to mean that which is contained within the upper heavens or space itself. Its exact make up is undefined in modern science. (Note: The word is also applied to a liquid chemical compound called "ether" which was an early anesthetic and solvent.) JS: Are there any concepts of "this ether" found in modern science? SH: I have found nothing out side of what I have researched. Main line modern science is void of it. There are of course the religious and health healing implications outlined in Part 1 and Part 2. Dictionary definitions do address ether briefly listing a few that have been reviewed here. In reference to modern day physics orgone energy effects may be immense. According to Constable, Reich's experiments with nuclear radiation showed low level dangers. But the effects of orgone energy may just begin here. Radioactive dating techniques have indicated to be affected by concentrations of orgone corrupting the dating processes. The Second Law of Thermodynamics seems to be affected by the orgone accumulator. All told you can begin to see why the subject here is of a concern to the concepts of modern science. All of these are addressed in "Cosmic Pulse of Life". JS: What about Wilhelm Reich's legal problems? Wilhelm Reich's demise is document the UFO magazine article, addressed in the Wikipedia link above and detailed in "Introduction to Orgonomy". Reich lived in the difficult time of the cold war era. His ideas on health and his research activities were apparently not acceptable for his time. He passed away while imprisoned but his work was resurrected later by his followers and is very much in use today as I have indicated. It would seem the truth has a way of standing up in time against forces trying to suppress it. And this continues on even today. The "truth is what it is" and it will always be. But the war goes on (See left bar links). Reich's work continues today under the Public Orgonomic Research Exchange (PORE). The depth to which orgone goes may be researched by following the multitude of links found in the sources provided here. Not just orgone energy can be found but the other sciences to which Reich was given. JS: What exactly are the concepts of "ether"? SH: On Constable's Rain Engineering web site is a page titled "Ether Research". This page and the given links provide an extensive look at some of the basics of the ether. I will here summarize the extensive data given on this page and the links, and then review supporting references. Etheric Formative Forces: Lists seven etheric primal, formative forces said to be active in the cosmos. Of these, only four reveal themselves in the space-and- time processes of our three dimensional world. Designated as the four kinds of ether are Warmth Ether, Light Ether, Chemical Ether (or Sound Ether) Life Ether. The four kinds are further classified in two groups, and are stated as of fundamental importance. The first two, Warmth Ether and Light Ether have the tendency to expand or radiate out from a central point; they act centrifugally whereas the other two, Chemical Ether and Life Ether have the tendency to draw in toward a centre or impulse to concentrate at a central point; their action is centripetal. This polarity between the two ether groups, centrifugal and centripetal is stated as the ultimate elemental principle lying at the bottom of all natural phenomena. Warmth Ether tends towards the "spherical" form. Were it merely a conveyer of 'motion,' then it could call forth only motion in the medium which it works. Since the tendency to create spherical forms is inseparably linked with its action, it calls forth whatever enters into its Nature and is not obstructed in its action. We are here dealing and this must be emphasized, not with abstract dead oscillations of unknown origin, but with concrete formative forces. Light Ether gave researchers the first intimation of the existence of ether. It is believed to be a transverse wave motion in a beam but perpendicular to the beam direction. Light ether induces among other things a transverse oscillation. When it exerts its effect unhindered in Nature, it produces "triangular" forms, whereas Warm Ether produces "spherical" forms. We can say then that an oscillation, a form which is caused by Light Ether in a substance-medium takes the shape of a triangle. Research in regard to magnetic polarization has shown the transverse character of light waves which are considered ethers. Such existing waves also invisible include ultra-violet, ultra-red, and other waves. These groups have the same characteristics differing only in their wave lengths. The third ether is defined as Chemical Ether (Tone or Sound Ether) and has to do with chemical processes but also is apparently sensitive to audio or sound waves. It is some type of air medium and when it can exert itself unhindered in Nature, produces "half-moon" forms. It is as noted above centripetal and one of its original concepts was the phenomenon of cold which involves the process of contraction. It's interesting to note that some people have talk about the feeling one gets when viewing a majestic mountain, as one can almost hear music. Then there is the hymn "Music of the Spheres" referring to the planets and stars. The fourth is Life Ether which is the most highly evolved, varied and is modified in its action by the atmosphere of the earth. Life Ether like Chemical Ether is centripetal which tends to draw inwards. It has a relationship somehow to gravity and magnetism. Its form-building tendency when unhindered leads to "square" shapes, such as in the crystallizing of salt. Ether and the Earth's Rotation: The diagram at left shows a simple structure of the four etheric forces on the earth. It is here that some interesting occurrences come to light. The entire space between the earth and the outermost atmosphere is interpenetrated by Warmth Ether. At the same time the atmosphere is also interpenetrated by Chemical Ether. The basic structure of the earth surface facing the sun is saturated with Warmth Ether. The side of the earth turned away from the sun is unsaturated by the etheric forces. Here Light Ether would appear to be dominant. The description given here appeals to a view which aligns the earth to that of living organisms such as vegetation. This appeals to heliotropism; the eternal striving toward the sun. Just as plants are impelled to turn toward the sun, so does that part of the earth which is not saturated with the Warmth Ether; e.g. the night side. The day side strives to restore a basic undisturbed action forced on it by the Warmth Ether. This view implies an earth rhythmic to a living planet striving to balance itself. Interestingly this view does account for some actions on the earth which modern physics places an "unknown" label on. One such occurrence is the characteristics of electromagnetic radiation at low and medium frequencies. On the AM radio band during the day a local radio station five or ten miles away is received very strongly. At the onset of evening the signal from this station can be detected to fad even though the station does not reduce its power. At night weak variable ground waves from distant stations may often be overridden by strong bent sky waves causing sound phased distortion. I have never seen this phenomenon explained. There is some kind of occurrence which goes on at night which is not present during the day. The low level of Warmth Ether at night could explain this. What is more important here is the presence of the Light Ether which is presented as present all over the earth. On the night side of the earth Light Ether is dominant. While it is present on the day side of the earth it is dominated by the Warm ether. High Ether Potential and High Voltage Here is a typical example of technical responses to these phenomena which seem to just fly over the heads of media and technical persons in our society. Tornadoes making their way across open country and into towns and villages exhibited frequent spectacular occurrences involving high voltage. Accordingly high potential etheric forces within these storms seem to result in commercial power transformers explode before the eyes of witnesses. Spinning funnels advancing across the country literally exploded power transformers well ahead of its line of advance. The tornado did not need to physically contact the transformer to cause this explosion. There is no visible arc or bolt from tornado to transformer. Constable states "since the time of the late Dr. Wilhelm Reich, a definite antagonism between electrical activity and high etheric potential has been acknowledged and noted in the history of "orgone energy", Reich's name for ether. Reich experimented with extreme electrical activity and high etheric potential with near tragic consequences. Only when etheric potentials become extremely high does ether's interaction to high voltage occur. Tornado vortexes being one case in point. High potential etheric forces have been seen to go through insulating material as though it does not exist, including the heaviest electrical insulating phenolic. Constable's UFO research comes out when he states "numerous instances of etheric force immobilizing electrical circuitry exist in the phenomenology of UFOs, which are etheric in origin. My opinion is that phenomena in this category of antagonism between the two energy forms, contains a definite living element. When the etheric potential becomes high enough, it goes-for the highest electric potential as though determined to extinguish the electrical activity. Even a five watt mentality can see how useless electronic and electrically-based weaponry would be, in an environment dominated by etheric technology as portended by certain UFO phenomena." Later he states "There are scores of encounters with UFOs, dating from the earliest modem days of the phenomena, where the ability of etheric technology to suspend electrical activity has been demonstrated." He references here the inferred ultraviolet-sensitive videotapes shot by NASA 300 miles above the earth, and now in the public domain. These tapes show UFOs interacting with huge electrical thunder cells as if they are a part of cells. And here is another etheric related phenomenon that is really scary. Constable outlines etheric force factors that work in ways causing mobile homes and trailers in parks to simply seem to explode in the proximity of tornadic activity. Tornados do not have to descend directly on the mobile homes. Etheric potential within these homes can be lowered below the etheric potential of the surrounding atmosphere by virtue of metallic exterior and interior insulating surfaces. The typical mobile home is thus a negative etheric accumulator following the law of etheric potential, where low potential ether flows to higher potential ether (exactly opposite of electrical electron flow but the same as static electricity.) Violent expansion takes place from within the home to the extremely high etheric potential of the tornado. Mobile homes therefore explode remotely from the location of the actual vortex. Thus we have the common occurrence where mobile homes are often seen to blow apart at the approach of a tornado. Thus we have here etheric forces associated with rotating vortexes, as small as the human chakra to tornado funnel clouds. Even some hurricane activity has shown what may be etheric motions. Then there is the bizarre Cassini images of Saturns north pole Hexagon. A six sided weather pattern three times the diameter of the Earth. This could be the first major ether discovery which science can not explain and can not hide. They of course may choose to simply not talk about it which would not be unusual. All of this points to a reality which is astonishing to comprehend. JS: Do you accept the rotational balancing Earth and its living organism concept? SH: My education was in the Newton and Einstein concepts as it is for all engineers and scientist. Mathematics predicts and physics demonstrates these concepts. But does it end there? There is this obvious question which comes to mind when one considers the shift in concepts between Rudolf Steiner's time and our time? Is it that we today understand the universe and nature better? My research shows that while this is the case, there are existing elements that are left unexplained. Elements which are either erroneously explained or simply ignored. One is left to rationalize these concepts as complete non compatibles. Modern science has strong merits. Yet my experiences and research show another side exists. Current science seems to be correct and achieving amazing results. Yet I and others as I have shown have experienced the ether as the Universe Life Force. JS: What does Constable believe UFOs are and how do they are related to the ether? SH: Constable has a view that there are two different sources for UFOs; one extraterrestrial and the other living in nature. To state Constable directly: "I continued to get both basic types of UFOs craft propelled by an intelligent application of an energy form unknown to official science, and biological UFOs of often horrible configuration and monstrous size." (1) Constable's extraterrestrial UFOs originate from highly advanced civilizations who have learned to harness the ethers. The cover on "Cosmic Pulse of Life" illustrates this UFO. The graphic is illustrated with vortex receptacles at the top and bottom of the craft with a "light motor" in the middle. These UFOs are not necessarily "nut and bolts" as we understand it but rather more ethylic in nature with invisibility capabilities. As for the biological UFOs or "critters" as Constable terms them, they are living forms of energy, invisible with their own form of intelligence; e.g. conscious bioforms of etheric energy. Cosmic Pulse of Life contains many infrared photos (IR) which Constable and his associates obtained with IR film. An array of critters of different shapes and sizes in invisible states are shown. The objects were not seen when the photos were taken only showing after the IR film was developed. Photos were taken from both the ground and in aircraft. Unfortunately the situation is such that few of these photos are found on the internet. The critters photograph so subtlety they hardly show up on reproductions although they have been publicly displayed many times. The link on the left bar shows a number of photos from "Cosmic Pulse of Life. Constable has photos of both types of UFOs in "Cosmic Pulse of Life". He tells of photographing amoeba like objects, objects showing cell like structure, huge spherical "Jellyfish" like-forms evading jet fighters, serpent forms and a rogue's gallery of such forms. Constable admits to having had many apprehensions in his work fighting back fears many times. JS: How do you look at the nature of these entities? SH: When I first read "Cosmic Pulse of Life" it was my first encounter with what you could call the living UFO. However with the forming of our small Core research group in the northern part of the state I must admit that two of our members are in the belief that UFOs are living entities in and of themselves. In addition these two persons do not hold the same type of belief but differ. One is more of the Constable type holding that these entities zoom around the skies as some living creature similar to birds but very fast and invisible to the human eye. The other holds a similar view but from more of a macular view. They both have done their own research and have data to support what they are concluding. JS: Above you mentioned Constable's comment on the "old order" meaning the entrenched science which he was a member of. Constable has had difficult times of his own. What is his out look toward today's science? SH: He termed present day science "material science" which is only a prototype of a future science to come. He believes evidence of the invisible reality around us points to the collapse of this "material science" which places official science and organized religion in different and separate perspectives. He believes in the invisible yet physical. The future science will understand the laws of the spiritual worlds with the same precision and clarity of thought now attending the physical. He believes the old order although it achieved great benefit for mankind and still winds the clock so to speak will do so for only another decade. In his comments to David Sereda (web site linked above) he states "The Old Order is in its death throes, and all the more dangerous on that account. The problem is essentially one of compulsive behavior that is structural, and therefore beyond conquest by reason". This was a warning which he is aware of. Of the "new science" in the future he states it will pursue the truth where ever it leads. In the "Cosmic Pulse of Life" Constable directs this old thinking as a great impasse that extends into ufology as well as current day science. Invisibility or the transition from visibility into invisibility, or vice versa, are implications largely ignored by both science and ufology. Constables own struggles are addressed on his rain engineering website on the left sidebar; first under Acknowledgments and by his webmaster (The Webmaster Speaks). Among comments spoken of is a world wide inhuman smog industry that thrives by choosing to plant its pollution on afflicted metro areas. Also the lack of support of any kind by the great tax-sheltered foundations which tend to sustain conventional, safe ventures. JS: Can you at this point tie some of this together and give some direction as to where this is going next? SH: Constable's Ether ships, biological critters? How do they relate to modern ufology; e.g. lights in the sky, triangles, day time saucers, mile wide UFO's and other described phenomena? I have additional more current phenomena and witness which support the existence of the descriptions given above. One of the above etheric related phenomena which I want to carry forward into the next Segment and one which may provide clues to these puzzling occurrences is that of the Light Ether. Light ether effects of producing triangular forms may have a surprising tie-in when its night dominance is considered. It is most interesting that triangular shaped UFOs are virtually almost always reported at night and in some cases near twilight. The same for wedge or boomerang shaped objects. It just could be that the Light ether may account for this given its triangular forming characteristics when considered with other data. As I have state previously, the information given in the first two Parts of this Segment give some obvious clues relating to that presented above. Constable while he has an outstanding background none the less failed to look at other disciplines which contribute to all of this. Even though he was aware and did some reviews of the information presented in Parts 1 and 2. JS: Are there any final closing comments you would like to make? SH: This Segment has been one of the longest and most difficult to organize in a limited amount of space. There is much more I could speak to. I chose to cover that which I see as the most important in support of that to which all this will lead. Much more information can be found in the links.
