MUFON Indiana Fall 2004
State Meeting

By Jerry Sievers
State Director

The MUFON Indiana fall state meeting was held Saturday, September 25, 2004 in the Blue Jeans Center* in Monroe City, Indiana.

Although attendance was low and two presenters were unavoidably detained, a good time was had by those who attended our 2004 fall meeting. State Director Jerry Sievers led a short business meeting which was followed by four presentations. Assistant State Director (South) Jim Delehanty gave a presentation on Unidentified Submersing Object's (USO's), which included a fairly comprehensive list of UFO's going into, sitting on and coming our of bodies of water. Assistant State Director (North) and Chief Investigator Roger Sugden summarized the Huntington UFO investigation and the north/central Indiana area flap which both had multiple witnesses. Reseacher Steven Hile made two presentations to the group; one on the MUFON Indiana website features, and a presentation on the extra solar planets and on the planet Mars. Finally Jerry Sievers reviewed a couple of recent soft bound book titles; one by MUFON International Director John  Schuessler on the Cash Landrum case and the other on the best UFO cases on record by Dwight Connelly, Editor of  the MUFON Journal.

Year 2005 Meetings: Jerry Sievers announced that next years meetings are scheduled on the Saturdays nearest the spring and fall equinox dates.
